MyRepublic’s AI-based self-service solution wins innovation award

MyRepublic Indonesia’s innovative digital solution, Chatbot WhatsApp, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology and is integrated with its official WhatsApp channel, has earned the internet service provider the Top Innovation Choice Award 2021 from Tras N Co Indonesia and InfoBrand.

The Chatbot WhatsApp was created to benefit customers amid the increasingly tough competition in the internet services sector.

MyRepublic human capital director Melanie Dwita Maharani received the award on May 31 at a virtual ceremony on behalf of PT Eka Mas Republik, the company’s registered name.

MyRepublic’s latest innovation allows both existing and prospective customers to seek direct information on the provider’s services as well as connect with its 24-hour customer services, MyRepublic Mandiri (Maira).

“We are aware that customers desire fast and appropriate services, and Maira is the right solution for them, as they don’t have to contact customer service again and again,” said MyRepublic CEO Andrijanto Muljono.

MyRepublic customers can use the Maira self-service portal to check their network status, upgrade their internet and TV packages and keep abreast of special promotional offers.

Maira also allows prospective customers to pick and choose the services they need without the need for in-person consultations.

To use Maira, customers can send the message “Hallo/Hai” via WhatsApp to MyRepublic Indonesia at +6288981500818 to receive an automated response.

Singapore-based MyRepublic started its Indonesian operations in 2015 as part of Sinarmas Group.
